2012年深圳市福田区艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

摘　　要：目的对深圳市福田区2012年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)情况分析,为调整VCT策略提供依据。方法收集2012年4 534名求诊者相关资料及实验室检测结果进行分析。结果 2012年共有4 534名求询者接受咨询,男∶女比例为1.6∶1;年龄15～34岁的青壮年占79.4%;求询类型主要包括非商业非固定异性性行为史24.2%,商业异性性行为史16.7%,男男性行为史3.8%,手术史3.0%,及吸毒者0.1%等。所有求询者检测出HIV抗体阳性67人,阳性率1.5%(67/4 534);其中男性同性性接触者比例较高,占34.3%。结论深圳市福田区2012年VCT求询者男性较女性多,其中阳性求询者中男性同性性接触感染者比例较高,提示VCT点应加强对高危人群检测咨询后的行为转变的健康教育。Objective To analyze the status of HIV voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in Futian district of Shenzhen in 2012 and to provide evidences for adjusting VCT strategies. Methods Data of VCT and lab testing results were collected and analyzed with statistical method. Results There were totally 4, 534 individuals received counseling and testing, with a male - to - female ratio of 1.6 ： 1. The majority were young adults of15 -44 years old （79.4%）. The constituent portion were respectively： heterosexual contact with non - commercial and floating partners, 24.2%; commercial heterosexual services, 16.7%; male homosexual con-tacts, 3.8% ; operation history, 3.0% and drug addicts, 0. 1%. Altogether 67 （1.5%） HIV -positive cases were detected, among which male homosexual contact took a high proportion of 34. 3 %. Conclusion MaleVCTs are more than the females in Futian district in 2012. The proportion of male homosexual contactors take a considerable portion of the positive cases, suggesting strengthened education measures should timely betaken towards the vulnerable population.
