摘　　要：目的　观测哈磁五行针对飞行人员甲皱微循环的影响。方法　采用随机对照前瞻性研究方法 ,共观察健康飞行人员 2 2 6例 ,实验组 1 1 3例 ,予哈磁五行针针内关 (N极 )、外关 (S极 ) ,曲泽 (N极 )及足三里 (S极 ) ;对照组予永磁片贴敷上述穴位 ;二组均为每天 1次 ,每次 2 0分钟 ,1 0天 1个疗程 ,共 2 0次 (中间间隔 1天 )。在受试前后各观测甲皱微循环 1次。结果　实验组微血流速度加快 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;开放的微血管数明显增加 (P <0 .0 5) ,红细胞聚集明显减少 (P<0 .0 5)。结论　哈磁五行针针穴位可减少飞行人员的微循环变异 ,改善其微循环状态。To observe the effect of Haci five elements needle on nail-fold microcirculation in pilots Methods 226 pilots were divided into two groups (testing and control group,cases respectively),to conduct the acupuncture to acupoints like neiguan.waiguan.zhushanl and quzhe in testing group and use the magnetic piece to stick to the above acupoint,at pre-and post-test,to observe the change of nail-fold microcrculation,the number of acupuncture is 20 times. Results Affer acupuncture of Haci five elements needle,the speed of blood flood accelerated,the amount of microvessle improved,the gather of RBC reduced(P<0.05). Conclusions The acupuncture of Haci five elements needle on acupoint can reduce the variation of microcirculation and improve the microcirculation.
