摘  要:针对轻钢结构低层住宅体系缺少自主知识产权,不利于该结构体系在我国推广,开发研究出一种新型复合节能轻质墙板。并以轴压荷载作用下的复合节能轻质墙板试验结果为基础,探讨墙板的受力特点及简化计算模型。通过对两种不同施工方法下的墙板破坏模式进行分析,提出与之相对应的墙板轴压承载力计算公式。研究结果表明墙板中薄面板与薄壁型钢能够有效组成组合结构共同承受荷载,而自攻螺钉间距对墙板竖向轴心承载力影响很小。本文提出的计算公式与试验结果比较吻合良好。Because of lacking the patent right, a new light weight energy-saving composite wall is researched, which is aimed at popularization of the light-gauge steel construction in our country. By making the composite wall test under the monotonic vertical loading, the authors discuss the mechanical properties and simplified calculation model of the composite wall under the vertical loading, and analyze the hearing capacity formula of the energy-saving composite wall. Two types of failure mode with different construction steps are studied. The calculation formula for the bearing capacity of the energy-saving composite wall is deduced. It shows that the light- gauge shaped steel and thin panel can effectively merge into an organic whole to carry loading. The space of tapping screw exercises a little influence on the bearing capacity of the light weight energy-saving composite wall. From both the theory and the experiment the calculation model is good agreement with the experimental results.
