氪黄激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿

摘　　要：目的 :探讨氪黄激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效。方法 :对 4 0例 ( 74只眼 )非增殖期及增殖早期糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿患者 ,对照眼底荧光血管造影 ,采用氪黄激光进行直接或格栅光凝。随访 3～ 1 7个月 ,每 3个月复查视力及眼底荧光血管造影。分析视力及黄斑水肿变化情况。结果 :光凝治疗后视力进步 1 7只眼 ,占 2 3 % ,无变化 4 5只眼 ,占 61 % ,减退 1 2只眼 ,占 1 6%。黄斑水肿消失 8只眼 ,占 1 1 % ,明显减轻 2 1只眼 ,占 2 8% ,减轻 2 6只眼 ,占 3 5% ,无变化 1 0只眼 ,占 1 4 % ,水肿加重 9只眼 ,占 1 2 %。结论 :氪黄激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿疗效显著。HT5”SS][WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]To evaluate the efficiency of Krypton yellow laser photocoagulation on diabetic macular edema,40 diabetic patients(74eyes)had been treated with focal or grid laser photocoagulation.During the follow up of 3～17 months,patients′ visual acuities and fluorescein angiography were examined every 3 months and the changs of macular edma analysed.After photocoagulation,visual acuities improved in 17 eyes (23%),reduced in 12 eyes (16%) and unchanged in 45 eyes (61%).Macular edema completely resolved in 8 eyes (11%),partially resolved in 47 eyes (63%) unchanged in 10 eyes (14%) and deteriorated in 9 eyes (12%).Conclusion:Krypton yellow laser photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of diabetic macular edema.
