刺头复叶耳蕨不同提取部位体外抗HIV-1蛋白酶活性的研究

摘　　要：目的对鳞毛蕨科复叶耳蕨属植物刺头复叶耳蕨不同提取部位体外抗HIV-1蛋白酶活性进行研究。方法用荧光光度法测定蛋白酶的半数抑制浓度(IC50)。结果刺头复叶耳蕨乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物、水提取物抑制HIV-1蛋白酶的半数有效浓度IC50分别为0.73,1.17,2.47μg/ml。结论刺头复叶耳蕨乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物与水提取物具有体外抑制HIV-1蛋白酶活性。Objective To evaluate the anti - HIV - 1PR activities of the different extracted parts from Arachniodes exilis Ching. Methods The inhibitory effect of the different extracted parts on HIV - 1 protease reverse were detected by Fluorophotometry. Re- suits In the experment of anti - HIV PR, the IC50 of the n - butanol extract、 acetic ether extract、 the aqueous extract are 0.73, 1.17,2.47 μg/ml. Conclusion The n -butanol extract,acetic ether extract and aqueous extract from Arachniodes exilis Ching have the inhibitory effect anti -HIV- 1 PR .
