摘  要:目的对三种云南黄芪属药用植物弯齿黄芪、异长齿黄芪、长果颈黄芪进行系统的生药学研究,为其鉴别及开发利用提供科学依据。方法采用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微及理化鉴定的方法确定植物样品的生药学特征。结果三种黄芪属植物在性状和显微特征与正品黄芪有较大差异,同时三种植物样品间在横切片特征、理化鉴定结果方面也有一定的差异。结论实验结果可为该生药的鉴定、质量标准的制订和进一步开发利用提供理论依据。Objective For the identification and utilization of the resource of medicinal plants, pharmacognostic studies were sys- tematically performed for three Astragalus plants from Yunnan, including A. camptodontus, A. monbeigii, and A. englerianus. Methods The pharmacognostic characters were studied by combined methods including plant source identification, property and morphology studies, microscopic, physical and chemical analyses. Results The differences were found about plant properties and microscopic analytical results between the plants and Radix Astragali. Meanwhile, the patterns of the transverse slices and the re- suits from physical and chemical analyses were also different more or less among the three plants. Conclusion Experimental results provide the theoretical basis for the pharmacognostic identification, the formulation of quality standards, and development and uti- lization of the Astragalus plants.
