摘 要:目的探讨电针不同部位穴组的减肥效应特征及可能机制。方法①制作肥胖大鼠模型:造模成功的大鼠按体重分层,利用随机数字法随机分成模型组、电针"三里/内庭"穴组和电针双侧"天枢/天枢"穴组。治疗结束后称重,取肾周脂肪、附睾脂肪计算脂体比,并测定外周血清瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、神经肽Y(NPY)和八肽胆囊收缩素含量(CCK-8)。②大鼠按随机数字分为正常组,食物剥夺组(禁食24 h)、电针"三里/内庭"穴组和电针"天枢/天枢"穴组,用细胞外记录法记录下丘脑外侧区葡萄糖抑制性神经元(GI)的电活动。结果①肥胖大鼠体质量、瘦素、抵抗素、TNF-α、NPY含量明显高于正常大鼠,脂联素和CCK-8含量明显低于正常大鼠;②电针治疗后"三里/内庭"穴组和"天枢/天枢"穴组大鼠体重均明显减轻,瘦素、抵抗素、TNF-α和NPY含量明显下降,脂联素和CCK-8明显上升。其中,"天枢/天枢"穴组对脂联素的调整优于"三里/内庭"穴组;③电针"三里/内庭"穴组对食物剥夺大鼠GI神经元以抑制效应为主;"天枢/天枢"穴组效应不明确。结论电针不同穴组在减重的同时,对脂肪组织-下丘脑通路有良性调整作用,并且电针不同部位穴组的减肥作用机制存在差异。Objective To observe the effects and mechanism of electro-acupuncture(EA) at paired-appoints with different location. Methods Obese model:were set up,the faty ones were stratified according to body weight and classified into three groups:the control,EA-ST36/ST44 and EA-ST25/ST25.When the treatment fisished,all the rats were weighted,and perirenal and epididymis fat was taken to count the fat/weight ratio,and serum leptin Adiponectin,Resistin tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) neuro peptide Y(NPY),and cholecystokinin-octopeptide(CCK-8) were meassureed(2) rats were divided into the control,food-deprived group(fasting for 24hs),EA-ST36/ST44 group and EA-ST25/ST25 group to observe the spikes of glucose inhibited neurons(GI) intervened by EA with extracellular recordings. Results ①The weight and amount of serum leptin,Resistin,TNF-αand NPY of fatty rats is superior to the control,while the amount of Adiponectin and CCK-8 is inferior ②After the treatment with EA,both group the weight and the amount of serum leptin,Resistin,TNF-αand NPY drops,while adiponectin and CCK-8 rising.and the ST25/ST25 shows a better effect in regulating the adiponetin.③the activity of GI neurons are inhibited by EA at ST36/ST44,and the pair of ST25/ST25 shows no effcet. Conclusion Along side with losing weight,Electo-acupuncture at Pair Points with Different location also act on adipo-hypothalamus path,of which mechanism may be different from each other.
