摘　　要：目的 :应用介入性超声技术 ,减少困难人工流产的并发症。方法 :在B超监测下行困难人工流产术并记录人工流产的时间、出血量及并发症等。结果 :超声介入下行困难人工流产较盲目行困难人工流产手术时间短、出血量少、无手术并发症。结论 :困难人工流产时应用介入性超声技术 ,提高了人工流产手术的安全性及准确性 ,避免了人工流产并发症的发生 ,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To reduce the complications in induced abortions by intervening ultrasonic B.Methods To Undertake the difficult induced abortion supervised,the blood and the complications recorded by the ultrasonic in the meantime.Results The operation of difficult induced abortions conducted under the supervision of ultrasonic B is less in time consumed and blood lost than blindly carried out.Conclusion The application of intervening ultrasoinc B in difficut induced abortion can increase the safty and accuracy of the operation,and can avoid complications as well.Therefore,such a techningue is worth applying in clinical practice.\;
