摘 要:本文识别并建立了煤矿建设项目全过程中的安全、质量、进度、成本风险因素指标体系。为了解决煤矿项目风险因素繁杂无章的问题,首先采用"粗糙集理论"对风险因素指标进行优化。同时,根据煤矿建设项目的特点,采用模块化管理的思想,对地面建设工程、矿井建设工程以及设备安装工程共同面临的风险因素提取得到共用风险模块。并构建三类子项目的特殊风险模块,从而得到煤矿建设项目的三维立体模块化管理的风险指标体系,为风险管理提供了重要的理论依据。The safety, quality, schedule and cost risk factor index system is identified and established in the whole process of a coal mine construction project in this paper. In order to solve the chaotic problem of coal mine project risk factors, risk factors are optimized by "rough set theory" firstly. Meanwhile, based on the feature of coal construction, the common risk factors are extracted in mine construction, ground construction and equipment installation engineer to form the common risk module by module administration idea,and the special risk modules of three subprojects are gained to establish three-dimensional and modularized risk index system of coal construction, which provides an important theoretical basis for risk management.
