摘　　要：加拿大是全球重要的矿产资源大国之一,与我国在资源合作方面的互补性很强,在我国资源领域"走出去"整体格局中占据十分重要的地位。近年来,中加矿业合作关系密切,发展潜力巨大。完善的矿业投资环境使其成为我国企业"走出去"的主要目标国。尽管如此,由于全球经济发展放缓及不确定性等因素,我国企业投资加拿大矿业仍然是机遇和挑战并存。Canada is one of the world＇s major mineral resources and mining countries. Because of its obvious complementarities with our mineral resources, Canada has very important role in our ＂out-going strategy＂ of mineral resources. Canada has perfect mining investment environment which makes it becoming the main target country for Chinese enterprise to invest. In recent years,the cooperative relationship of Sino- Canada mining industry is becoming even close and its development potential is huge. For all this, because of the global economic slowdown in development and other uncertainty factors, there are challenges and opportunities for Chinese enterprise investing in Canada＇s mining industry.
