摘 要:为了解决邢东矿村庄压滞煤炭资源开采的问题,提出了适用于大埋深、大采高等复杂地质条件下的综合机械化超高水材料充填开采技术,阐明其技术特点,并介绍了研制的分体式充填液压支架、超高水材料充填系统和采煤与充填工艺。现场监测结果表明:1126大采高综采工作面开采过程中,支架后柱工作阻力高于前柱工作阻力,顶板无明显来压现象;地表变形量较小,最大变形量未超过2cm,地表变形控制在I级形变以内。该技术有效解决了邢东矿可采资源紧张、村庄下压煤回采的技术难题。In order to solve the problem of exploiting coal resources under villages in Xing Dong mine, the fully mechanized filling mining with superhigh-water material in complex geological conditions such as great depth and high cutting mining face was put forward and its technical characteristics were expounded. The developed individual assembled hydraulic powered supports, filling system with superhigh-water material,coal mining and filling technology were introduced. The field monitoring results showed that working resistances of latter hydraulic prop were higher than the formers' and obvious pressure phenomenon of roof didn't appear; the deformation of earth's surface were controlled within level I,its value was small and the maximum deformation value was under 2cm. This technology resolved the problems of shortage of recoverable resources and the technology of exploiting coal resources under villages.
