摘 要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯和甲乙酮肟为原料,合成了封闭异氰酸酯-丙烯酸酯单体。用化学滴定法和实时IR跟踪反应进度,用IR和13C-NMR表征合成单体的结构。用该单体与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酸六氟丁酯共聚得到胶粘剂。以变温红外光谱测定解封温度为140℃,通过DSC和电子拉力机测试最优固化工艺为120℃/2h与140℃/2h,对PTFE表面处理后粘接强度最大为3.83MPa。The blocked isocyanates-acrylate monomer was prepared from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA)and methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO). The experiment process was monitored by chemical titration method and real-time FT-IR. The structure of monomer was characterized by IR and 13C-NMR spectrum. The tdhesive was prepared by copolymerized the blocked isocyanates-acrylate monomer with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and hexafluoro-butyl acrylate. Different temperature IR determines that the deblocking temperature is 140 ℃. DSC curves and electronic tension test show that the adhesive curing process is 120 ℃/2h- 140 ℃/2h. The results show that when the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is treated, the bonding slrength reaches the maximum valve of 3.83 MPa.
