摘 要:选择环氧化烯烃类树脂聚丁二烯环氧树脂,以不同质量配比与双酚A型氰酸酯进行混合共聚,经适度交联固化后制备出嵌段聚合物,并对该聚合物的结构与交联程度、力学性能、动态力学性能和形状记忆性能进行了研究。结果表明,经适度交联固化的聚合物体系具有良好的形状记忆特性,随着聚丁二烯环氧树脂用量的增加,弯曲强度和储存模量降低,玻璃化温度(Tg)降低;形变恢复率均为100%,形变恢复速率随聚丁二烯环氧树脂用量的增加而增大,最大形变恢复速率为0.013 s-1。Polybutadiene epoxy resin was mixed with bisphenol A cyanate ester(BACE) with different mass ratio to form copolymers after the moderate crosslinking. The crosslinking degree, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and shape memory performance of the polymer were investigated. The results show thou the moderate crosslinking curing polymer products represent good shape memory properties. The bending strength and the storage modulus of the system decrease with the increase of polysebacic polyanhydride content. The glass transition temperature(Tg) shows the similar trend. The deformation recovery rate is 100%. The deformation recovery speed increases with amount of polybutadiene epoxy resin increasing and the maximum deformation recovery -1 speed is 0.013 s
