摘  要:采用聚磷酸铵(APP)对普通物理膨胀型阻燃剂——硫酸插层的可膨胀石墨(GIC)进行二次插层,得到APP-GIC,将其用于超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的阻燃,并对材料的阻燃性能、力学性能、残炭的形态结构进行了研究。实验结果表明,APP-GIC的石墨层间含有APP,采用APP-GIC制备的无卤阻燃UHMWPE的极限氧指数(LOI)达到27.2%、阻燃等级UL94V-0。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TGA)研究表明,APP起到促进成炭的作用。Ammonium polyphosphate ( APP)-graphite intercalation compounds (GIC) were prepared by two-step intercalation method. Non-halogen flame-retardant ultra-high molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPF) was prepared by adding APP-GIC. The flame retardant properties, mechanical properties and morphology of the residual charred layer were studied. It is found that the APP-GIC graphite layers contain APP. The LOI of AIP-GIC/ UHMWPE reaches 27.2%, and the flame retardant grade is UL94V-0. Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) demonstrate that adding APP leads to the much larger residual quantity.
