摘 要:文章结合干扰沉降理论和斜面流理论,研究了入料特性对TBS分选性能及其挡板设置的影响。结果表明:入料粒度和密度组成是影响挡板设置和TBS分选性能的主要因素;分选密度随上升水速的增加先增加后减小;加设适当角度的挡板在一定程度上能抑制颗粒粒度效应,实现按密度进行分选。In combination with the disturbance settling theory and the inclined flow theory, the paper had a study on the feeding features affected to the TBS separation performances and the baffle setting. The results showed that the feeding particle and density composition would be the main factors affected to the baffle setting and the TBS separation performances. The density of the separation would be increased and than decreased with the upward water velocity increased. The baffle with a certain angle could restrain the particle size effect in certain degree and the separation could be realized according to the density.
