摘 要:采用自制的不同离子与链结构类型的羟基封端的聚氨酯离聚体为基础,聚醚三元醇(N-303)为稀释剂制备出无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂(SF-PU)。利用旋转粘度计和万能试验机对聚氨酯离聚体和SF-PU主剂的粘度及其固化后的剥离强度进行测试。研究了离聚体结构和类型对SF-PU的粘度、剥离强度和固化程度的影响。结果表明,实验合成了预定结构的聚氨酯离聚体,其离子和链结构类型对聚氨酯离聚体的本体粘度、含离聚体的SF-PU的剥离强度和固化速度影响明显,其中以支化阳离子型SF-PU的综合性能最佳。The solvent-free polyurethane adhesives (SF-PU) was prepared by a series of hydroxyl terminated polyurethane ionomer with different ion and chain structure as principal raw material, polyether triol( N-303 ) as di- luting agent. The polyurethane ionomers and SF-PU were characterized by Brookfield viscometer to measured their viscosities and universal testing machine to tested the peeling strength for cured ionomers. The effects of ionomers structure and type on SF-PU viscosity, peeling strength and cured degree were researched. The results showed that the polyurethane ionomer which was predeterminated structure was prepared, and bulk viscosity of polyurethane ionomers, the peeling strengths of cured SF-PU and curing rate of SF-PU were affected apparently by type of ion and chain structure of polyurethane ionomers. In especially, the SF-PU with branched cationomers had superior combination property.
