摘  要:随着科学技术的不断发展,人们对药物治疗作用的要求越来越高。长效注射剂因可延长药物的作用时间、减少注射次数、改善患者的顺应性而成为当前药剂研究的一大热点。本文以释药技术为主线,综述了前体药物技术、PEG化技术、微球技术、难溶盐技术、注射植入剂、DepoFoam技术、温敏型原位凝胶等释药技术在长效注射剂中的应用。With the constant development of science and technology, people's demand for drug therapy effect has become higher and higher. Due to the fact that long-acting injection can prolong the action time, reduce the frequency of administration and improve the patient compliance, it has become a hot area of pharmaceutic research. In this review, we introduced sustained-release drug delivery systems and reviewed the application of the technologies such as prodrug, PEGylation, microspheres, insoluble salts technology, injectable implants, Depo- Foam technology and temperature-sensitive in situ gel in the development of long-acting injections.
