摘  要:采用絮凝法以硼酸为絮凝剂,硫酸同氢氧化钠反应形成的硫酸钠为盐析剂,对含聚乙烯醇的印染废水进行回收处理。通过检测絮凝后溶液中聚乙烯醇含量分析了硼酸投加量、硫酸投加量、温度和pH值等因素对其回收率的影响。结果表明,当硼酸投加量为0.5 g,硫酸投加量为5 mL,pH值为9,温度为50℃时,聚乙烯醇的回收率可达98.6%,且COD去除率为93%。The recovery of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) from dyeing wastewater by flocculation method is in vestigated. The obtained sodium sulfate through acid alkali relation was used as salt agent. The boric acid was used as flocculation agent. The influencing factors of PVA recovery were analyzed through the detection of PVA content in flocculation solution. Optimal conditions of the recovery were as follows : boric acid dosage of 0, 5 g, sulfuric acid of 5 mL, pH value of 9, and temperature of 50℃. PVA recovery rate is as high as 98.6% and the COD elimination rate is 93% under the optimal conditions.
