摘 要:为了提高光伏发电并网的经济性,提出一种改进型的光伏并网逆变器。介绍了该种逆变器的拓扑结构,通过与传统的级联H桥分析比较,指出了该种拓扑结构的优点,并进行最优化设计。以提高并网功率因素和降低损耗为目标,提出了相应的触发方式与控制方法。通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了该种逆变器在工况下和不平衡状态下能将有效地将有功功率并网传递,且谐波含量较低;在故障时能及时闭锁有效防止了孤岛效应。该种逆变器有较好的经济性和实用性。To increase economic efficiency of grid-connected photovoltaic power system, this paper proposes an improved inverter. Firstly, the structure of the inverter is described and compared with the traditional cascaded H-bridge. The advantages of the proposed topology are pointed out and optimized inverter is designed. Secondly, the triggering mechanism and control method of the inverter are designed for the sake of raising power factor and reducing loss. In the end, the simulation results based on PSCAD / EMTDC verify the reliability of the proposed model under normal operation and unbalanced condition; in addition, the inverter can lock quickly to avoid island effect successfully under fault condition. So the improved inverter has a good economical efficiency and feasibility.
