摘　　要：急性肾损伤是临床常见疾病,但早期诊断缺乏敏感性、特异性好的标志物。中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)作为急性肾损伤早期诊断的指标越来越受到关注,研究发现NGAL可用来预测急性肾损伤严重程度及判断预后,重组NGAL甚至对肾小管具有保护作用。本文就NGAL在急性肾损伤诊断及治疗中的研究作一综述。There are few sensitivity and specific biomarkers in early diagnosis for acute kidney injury （AKI）. Nowadays more attentions are paid on a new biomarker named neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin （NGAL）. Many studies have shown that NGAL is a powerful predictor on AKI. Meanwhile some observations have found that recombinant NGAL plays a role in protection of renal tubule. This review will present the function of NGAL in early diagnosis and treatment for AKI.
