摘 要:研究了在磷石膏基水泥中掺入少量的高铝水泥对该水泥性能的影响,并通过XRD和SEM分析探讨了该水泥体系的水化机理。研究结果表明,高铝水泥可以显著改善磷石膏基水泥的凝结时间和早期强度;当掺入6%的高铝水泥时,水泥的初凝时间和终凝时间分别减小了4h和5h左右,同时水泥的早期强度提高了11%左右,而后期强度变化不大。The influence of addition of some high alumina cement (HAC) on perfomance of phosphogypsum-base cement (PBC) was studied. By means of XRD and SEM, the hydration mechanism of cement was analyzed. The results showed that the HAC could significantly reduce the setting time and improve the early strength of PBC. The initial setting time and final setting time of PBC were reduced 4h and 5h respectively when the proportion of HAC approached to 6%, and the early strength of cement increased by 11%, meanwhile, the change of later strength was inconsiderable.
