摘 要:介绍了一种通用瞬时测频模块,并阐述了其工作原理以及硬件与软件实现。该模块利用鉴相器AD8302与大规模数字逻辑器件现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现了对输入射频信号高精度、高速、准确测频。该模块具有很好的可扩展性与通用性,通过混频器混频到该频段,可以将工作频率扩展到其他更高频段。测试结果表明,该瞬时测频模块射频输入工作动态为55 dB,测频速度小于等于250 ns,测频准确度小于等于输入射频瞬时带宽的1/100,并且全温度范围工作稳定,具有良好的环境适应性。达到了设计指标要求,具有良好的应用前景。An universal instantaneous frequency measurement (IFM) model was described. The operational principle and realizations of the hardware and software were explained. The model using phase-detector AD8302 and field programmable gate array (FPGA) realized high speed and high precision measurement of input RF signal. Besides, the model has good extensibility and currency, mixing with mixer down to L band, the model can be used up to the other higher RF bands. The test results show that the model of IFM has the dynamic of 55 dB, measurement speed is no more than 250 ns, and the accuracy is no more than 1/100 of the input RF band. Besides, the model can work well in the temperature range, and it has a good adaptability to the environment. The model meets the design requirements, and has good application prospects.
