摘 要:在2010~2012年间,以生命科学学院基地班学生为学习主体,进行了生物化学探究式教学活动。该活动以生物化学经典文献为主要研习资料,通过学生自主学习、小组研讨和全班交流等方式,培养学生的自学能力、文献阅读能力、演讲与交流能力以及团队合作精神,对于拓宽学生眼界、激发学习兴趣、培养科学思维和情操起到很好的促进作用。From 2010 to 2012, the inquiry-based teaching has been carried out in biochemistry for the group of students who are top-ranked in College of Life Sciences, Capital Normal University. And the classic literatures have been used as the main study materials. Through independent learning, group discussion and communication, the inquiry-based teaching has increased the ability of students in self-study, reading, speech, communication and cooperation. This teaching process aims to widen the students' field of vision, motivates their learning interest, and gives them a good training on scientific thinking.
