摘　　要：从国际资金机制发展的视角,分析了建立国际森林资金机制的机遇和瓶颈。在深入研究目前现有国际森林资金机制中的各种渠道,包括官方发展援助、非官方发展援助的同时,阐述了新兴资金渠道的发展可能,并对未来可能的国际森林资金机制发展模式提出架构方向。This paper, from the view of international financing mechanism development, analyses opportunities and obstacles for the establishment of a possible international forest financing mechanism. With a in deep study of the current financial arrangements in forest, ranging from ODAs to NGOs and the private sector, this paper also introduces and describes the new and emerging funds and a possible model for the international forest financing arrangement in the future.
