摘  要:固有免疫是机体在进化中形成的古老免疫系统,是构成机体抵御病原微生物入侵的第一道防线。病原体入侵后,固有免疫系统通过单核巨噬细胞、树突状细胞等细胞表面的模式识别受体如Toll样受体(TLRs)来识别入侵的病原体,激活信号通路,启动免疫和炎症反应。MicroRNA作为一种重要的基因表达调控分子通过靶向编码基因mRNA3’UTR,在转录及转录后水平上对基因表达进行调控。microRNA参与了固有免疫系统的多个环节,包括免疫细胞分化、发育,TLRs基因表达,胞内TLRs信号转导,细胞因子生成、分泌,病毒感染、复制等。了解microRNA在固有免疫中对TLR4/MyD88信号通路的调控作用可以深入理解microRNA对固有免疫的调控作用,有助于调节机体免疫应答和维护免疫平衡,引导炎症反应向着有利于机体健康的方向发展。The innate immune system, very evolutionarily ancient, is the first line defending us from invasion by microorganism. After invasion, pathogen was recoganized by pattern recognition receptors ( PRRs), such as toll-like receptors (TLRs) of innate immune cells, activating signalling pathway, and triggering immune and inflammation responses, microRNA is an important regulator that can regnlate gene expression at post-tran- scriptional level by targeting mRNA 3' UTR, The recent studies have shown that microRNA is involved in mul- tiple links of the innate immune system, including the differentiation and development of immune cells, TLRs gene expression and TLRs signal transduction, generation and secretion of file cytokines, infection and copy of virus . In this review, we will focus on microRNA regulation of TLR4/MyD88 signalling pathway in the innate immune responses. In-depth understanding of the effectory role of microRNA on innate imnaune response can help to control the immune response, and guide inflammation towards to the body healthy direction.
