冠心病患者肺炎衣原体感染与血清hsCRP、IL-6表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者肺炎衣原体(CP)感染与血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平变化的相关性,以期为冠心病的治疗和预防提供新的研究方向。方法选择85例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和50例健康体检者(对照组)为研究对象;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和免疫比浊法检测两组血清CPn特异性IgG抗体及IgM抗体表达情况,并用免疫透射比浊法和ELISA检测两组血清hsCRP、IL-6的表达,分析CP感染与血清hsCRP、IL-6表达变化之间的关系。结果冠心病组患者CP IgG阳性率65.9%、IgM阳性率52.9%、血清hs-CRP为(28.4±12.5)mg/L及IL-6为(61.2±42.7)pg/L的表达水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)(36.0%、48.0%、3.8±1.6mg/L、24.8±15.6pg/L),CP IgG阳性的冠心病组患者血清hs-CRP为(39.5±6.8)mg/L、IL-6为(73.6±42.7)pg/L表达水平均显著高于CP IgG阴性患者(P<0.05)(15.9±2.5mg/L、46.8±10.6pg/L)。结论 CP感染在冠心病发病中具有一定作用,可能与上调hs-CRP、IL-6等炎性标志物表达水平有关。OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between Chlamydia pneumonia（CPn） infection and the expression of hs-CRP and IL-6 in coronary heart disease（CHD） patients so as to update the study on the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease.METHODS A total of 85 patients with CHD were selected as the CHD group,50 health people as the control group.Serum specific antibodies to CPn（CPn IgG,IgM） were measured in the control group and the CHD group by ELISA.The levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 were measured in the two groups by FPIA and ELISA.The relationship between the CPn and the expression of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 were analyzed.RESULTS The positive rate of CPn IgG（65.9%）,IgM（52.9%）and the expression of serum hs-CRP（28.4±12.5mg/L）,IL-6（61.2±42.7 pg/L） in the CHD group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）（36.0%,48.0%,3.8±1.6 mg/L,and 24.8±15.6 pg/L）.In CHD group,those who were CPn IgG positive had significantly higher levels of hs-CRP（39.5±6.8 mg/L） and IL-6（73.6±42.7 pg/L） than did those who were CPn IgG negative（P0.05）（15.9±2.5 mg/L,46.8±10.6 pg/L）.CONCLUSION CPn infection may involve in the pathogenesis of CHD by increasing the expression of such inflammation markers as serum hs-CRP and IL-6.
