跟骨撬拨支架治疗距下关节内跟骨骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：采用手法整复、骨圆针撬拨、自制跟骨撬拨支架固定治疗跟骨骨折 37例 5 2个跟骨 ,经 6～ 12个月 ,平均 8.2个月随访 ,结果优 40例 ,良 7例 ,优良率达 90 .4%。认为该支架具有多方向、多部位、多角度可调性挤压和牵拉的特点 ,尤其是对粉碎性跟骨骨折的撬拨固定 ,效果是可靠的。Thirty-seven cases (52 calcaneums) of calcaneal fracture were treated by manipulative reduction, prying with osseous pin and self-made calcaneal prying brace fixation. Through the follow-up (Range: 6-12 months; Mean: 8.2 months), the results were excellent in 40 cases and good in 7 cases with an excellent-good rate of 90.4 %. It was believed that the brace is characterized by its adjuctable squeeze and pull in many directions, many parts and many angles. Especially for comminuted calcaneal fracture, the prying fixation could produce a reliable therapeutic effect.
