摘　　要：即将到来的专利悬崖会对全球制药行业产生深远的影响。随着仿制药市场将进一步壮大,品牌药厂商也正在积极地对仿制药市场进行战略调整。授权仿制药作为一种特殊的仿制药,是品牌药厂商抢占仿制药市场的主要工具。授权仿制药对我国制药行业的发展可能会产生一定的影响,而在我国学者们对授权仿制药的研究刚刚起步,缺乏相关理论和政策法规的支持。通过介绍授权仿制药的基本理论,为我国学者进一步研究授权仿制药提供帮助。The forthcoming patent cliff will greatly influence the global pharmaceutical industry. With the generic market becoming more grandness, the brand-name drug companies have begun to adjust their strategies for generic market. As a special type of generic drug, au- thorized generics have become important tools for the brand-name drug companies to take more market shares. Authorized generics could influence the pharmaceutical industry of China, however, the scholars in China are still at a beginning stage in the related research with limited available support from the theory and regulations concerning authorized generics, which, in themselves, are also very limited. By introducing the basic theory of authorized generics, we hope to provide some help for a further insightful and productive research.
