摘　　要：在详细分析网络舆情影响因素和自身属性的基础上,本文建立了网络舆情指标体系。依据模糊综合评价法构建了网络舆情预警模型,采用混合赋权法确定各指标的权重,选择合适的模糊算子确定指标体系中各舆情因素的数值化评价值,最终得到网络舆情的预警等级。实例表明了该模型的有效性和准确性。The article tries to construct the index system of the online public opinion after analyzing the factor affecting online public opin- ion and its attributes. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the model of pre-warning of the online public opinion is created. A hybrid weighting method is used to confirm the power of the indices. The model confirms the value of the public opinion factor of the in- dex system by selecting the appropriate fuzzy operator, and finally obtains the pre-waming grade of online public opinion. The example demonstrated proves the validity and veracity of the model.
