摘　　要：提高博士学位论文质量已成为高教改革发展的核心任务,从关键质量因素着手可以提高质量管理效率。回顾了相关文献,系统性梳理博士学位论文质量因素的相关文献,构建博士学位论文质量解释结构模型以探求各因素的相关性和层次,采用"手段—目的分析"网络方法识别关键因素,揭示了选题质量、培养过程质量、评审过程质量、论文素材积累、博士生撰写能力及科研能力与博士学位论文质量具有直接关联性,而院校实力、博士生导师遴选制度、博士生招生政策、研究生培养经费投入、人力资源管理能力是影响博士学位论文质量的关键因素,并指出本研究适用于大样本条件下,而不适于论文个体。旨在从基础层面展开博士学位论文质量管理及控制,从而有效提升博士学位论文质量,为我国高端人才培养提供对策建议。Improvement of doctoral dissertation quality has been core task of higher education reformation and development. Only coping with key factors, the multiplier effect can be achieved. The paper reviewed the related literature, systematically rearranged related evalua- tion factors of doctoral dissertation quality, constructed ISM, explored the correlation of related factors, and then used ＂means-end analy- sis＂ network to identify key factors. The paper revealed that topic selection, training process quality, review process quality, material ac- cumulation, writing ability and scientific research ability were direct factors of doctoral dissertation quality, yet comprehensive power of college, mentor selection system, doctoral student admission policy, postgraduate training funds and human resources management ability were key factors. This research was only applicable to the comparison under the conditions of large sample, but was not suitable for indi- vidual paper.
