专业图书馆面向企业开展竞争情报服务的价值

摘　　要：从企业创新发展需要竞争情报、竞争情报服务是专业图书馆的高端业务、开展竞争情报服务可以使专业图书馆与企业实现双赢三个方面阐述,并结合专业图书馆协会开展的企业竞争情报服务、香港贸发局商务图书馆面向中小企业开展竞争情报服务两个实际案例分析,得出开展企业竞争情报服务可以使专业图书馆与企业的价值共同提升的结论。After ＂the Suzhou Declaration＂ was proclaimed in November, 2007 promoting libraries to provide information services to en- terprises, more and more libraries begin to engage themselves in this new course. But, there is a problem that libraries should provide what kinds of information services on earth to enterprises to make a win-win for both libraries and enterprises in this digital age, in which we are drowning in information but starved for competitive intelligence. Based on deduction from three aspects as follows： a. competitive intelli- gence is indispensable for enterprises innovation and development; b. competitive intelligence services is high-end business for libraries, especially special libraries; c. libraries, especially special libraries, provide competitive intelligence services to enterprises will make both libraries and enterprises to win-win. Combined with two cases of competitive intelligence service, one is by Special Libraries Association and the other is by business library of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council for SMEs, a conclusion is drawn that competitive intelli- gence services to enterprises provided by libraries, especially special libraries, will promote values of both libraries and enterprises and will bring them a win-win.
