摘  要:将X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)应用于还原钛铁矿中TiO2、TFe、P2O5、SiO2、Al2O3、MnO、CaO、MgO、ZrO2、Nb2O5、V2O5的同时快速测定。以光谱纯试剂人工合成标样,解决了还原钛铁矿没有标准样品的问题。试样经过850℃氧化处理20 min后,以四硼酸锂(Li2B4O7)作熔剂,碘化铵(NH4I)作脱模剂,样品和熔剂的质量比为1∶15,于1 150℃的高频熔炉中熔融16min,所得熔片均匀、强度高、成型良好。本法用于还原钛铁矿中各组分的测定,结果同理论值相吻合,相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于2.5%,能够满足还原钛铁矿各组分的测定要求,特别能大大提高磷测定的准确性。A method for the fast and simultaneous determination of TiO2, TFe, P2Os, SiO2, A1203, MnO, CaO, MgO, ZrO2, Nb20s , V20s in reduced ilmenite samples by Xray fluorescence spectrome try (XRF) was proposed in this paper. The synthesized standard samples of reduced ilmenite were prepared by spectrum pure reagent, solving the problem of lack in reduced ilmenite standard sample. After the sample was oxidized for 20 min at 850 ℃, it was fused for 16 min at 1 150 ℃ in a high fre quency smelting furnace with Li2B407 as flux at the mass ratio of 15 : 1 to sample and NH4I as relea sing agent. It was found that the fuse strip was welldistributed with high strength and good shape. The proposed method was applied to the determination of each component in reduced ilmenite. The re sults were accordant with the theoretical value, and the relative standard deviations (n= 10) of the method were all less than 2.5 %, which could meet the determination demand for each component in reduced ilmenite, particularly raising the accuracy for determination of phosphorus.
