摘　　要：目的:探讨牵引按抖法治疗初次发作腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:收纳115例初次发作腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用牵引按抖法治疗后,观察其治疗前后患者症状及影像学情况。结果:整体治疗组中,总有效率均达80%以上,且复发率较低。结论:牵引按抖法对初次发作腰椎间盘突出症具有明显的治疗效果。Objective： Discussion on treatment of the first attack by shaking traction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods： 115patients with first episode contained lumbar disc herniation patients using traction-shaking method. Observe the before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and imaging condition. Results ： In the overall treatment group, the total efficiency of more than eighty percent, and the recurrence rate is low. Conclusion ： traction by shaking method on the first attack of lumbar disc herniation with obvious therapeutic effect.
