益肾降浊冲剂对慢性肾脏病3-4期患者B淋巴细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾降浊冲剂对慢性肾脏病(CKD3、4期)患者B淋巴细胞的影响。方法:53例CKD3、4期患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组22例,以流式细胞术检测治疗前、后外周血中B淋巴细胞百分率(CD19+)、活化率(CD19+CD69+)、及凋亡率(CD19+AV)的水平。结果:2组治疗后CD19+水平较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后CD19+CD69+水平无明显变化(P>0.05);2组治疗后CD19+AV水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论:肾降浊冲剂通过提高B淋巴细胞百分率、降低其凋亡率而对CKD3、4期患者B淋巴细胞具有调节作用。Objective：To explore the effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo Granule on B lymphocytes in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4. Methods：Fifty-three patients were randomly divided into YSJZ group （n=31）and control group（n=31）. The following parameters in blood were detected before and after treatment by flow cytometry： peripheral blood B lymphocytes （CD19＋）, activation rate （CD19^＋ CD6d）, apoptosis rate （AV）. Results：the two groups after treatment, CD19＋levels were significantly increased （P 〈0.01）, in which the treatment group increased more significantly than the control group （P 〈0.05）; the two groups after treatment, the level of CD19^＋CD69^＋ had no significant change （P〉 0.05）; treatment groups AV, level decreased significantly compared with before treatment （P 〈0.05）, in which the treatment group than the control group decreased more significantly （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions：Yishen Jiangzhuo Granule have a regulatory role with peripheral blood B lymphocytes by increasing the percentage to reduce the rate of apoptosis of B lymphocytes in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4.
