通光藤的化学成分及其抗肿瘤作用研究进展

摘　　要：通光藤是一味常见中药,具有良好的抗肿瘤功效。通光藤化学成分主要含有C21甾体类、三菇类、糖类、环醇类等,在抗肿瘤过程中可以调节免疫系统、抑制肿瘤细胞生长和繁殖、促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡、抗肿瘤血管生成等。本文系统地查阅关于通关藤的国内外相关文献,对其化学成分、抗肿瘤药理作用等方面的研究进行了综述。表明通光藤药材抗癌作用显著,具有一定的研究价值,开发新的抗肿瘤中药制剂奠定基础。Marsdenia tenacissima is a kind of common Traditional Chinese Medicine, and has a wide range of medicinal value. It is known as a rich source of secondary metabolites such as C21 steroids, triterpenes, saccharides, cyclitols etc. Marsdenia tenacissima can regulate immune system, inhibit the tumor cells＇ growth and reproduction, accelerate tumor cells＇ apoptosis, prevent tumor angiogenesis and so on. This paper systemly summarizes about Marsdenia tenacissima to refer to the domestic and foreign relevant documents, and the chemical components of anti-tumor pharmacological activities were reviewed in this paper show its anti-cancer effect medicine significantly, have a certain value for study, and develop a new antitumor way for the foundation of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation
