摘 要:单糖是含有3~6个碳原子的多羟基醛或多羟基酮,是构成各种低聚糖和多糖分子的基本单位。近年来,随着该类成分的生物功能不断被人们发现,其方法学研究已成为当前研究的热点。作为很多天然药物的化学成分,对该类成分进行深入的研究成为当前中药工作者必不可少的任务。本文主要综述了单糖类成分的提取、分离纯化、定性定量分析方法的进展,以期为天然药物单糖类成分的研究提供参考和借鉴。As the basic unit of oligosaccharides and polysaccharides, monosaccharide is polyhydroxy aldehyde or hydroxyl ketones, which is generally contains 3-6 carbon atoms. In recent years, with the continuous study of the monosaccharide composition on biological functions, its methodology has been becoming a hot spot. As an important kind of chemical composition in many natural medicines, studying of this class of composition is the currently essential tasks for the Chinese medicine workers. This paper mainly reviewed the extraction, isolation, purification, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of monosaccharide components, which is expected to provide reference for the research on monosaccharide composition.
