摘  要:将硬脂酸钠改性水滑石(SLDHs)和氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)分别与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)混炼,制备水滑石/橡胶复合材料。以X-射线衍射(XRD)、硫化仪、万能测试仪、硬度仪及氧指数测试仪对其结构与性能进行表征。实验结果表明:硬脂酸钠改性水滑石/EVA复合材料的预硫化时间和正硫化时间大为缩短。复合材料的抗张强度和伸长率随着阻燃剂的含量增加而减小,硬度随着阻燃剂的含量增加而增加,氧指数随着阻燃剂的含量增加而增加。硬脂酸钠改性水滑石/EVA复合材料和氢氧化铝/EVA复合材料的阻燃效果相近。通过以上性能实验说明硬脂酸钠改性水滑石/EVA复合材料不仅有良好的阻燃效果,而且还有优良的硫化性能和机械性能,因此水滑石将在EVA电缆阻燃材料方面有很好的应用和发展前景。Milling sodium stearate modified Mg/Al-layered double hydroxides (SLDHs) and calmogastrin(Al(OH)3 ) separately with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), and then the EVA composites were prepared. The structure and property of composites were characterized respectively by x-ray diffraction (XRD), curometer, universal tester, hardness instrument and LOI tester. The results indicated that the pre-vulcanization time and positive salutation time of SLDHs/EVA composite are much shorter, the tensile strength and elongation of the composite are decreased as the level of flame retardant increasing, the hardness and limiting oxygen index of composites are increased as the level of flame retardant increasing. The flame retardant effect of SLDHs/EVA composite and AI(OH)3/ EVA composite are similar. The above performance comparison showed SLDHs/EVA composite not only had good flame retardant effect, but also the vulcanization performance and mechanical properties. Therefore, about the flame retardant materials of EVA cable, SLDHs/EVA composite would have a good application and development prospect.
