铁筷子多糖抗肿瘤及免疫调节作用的实验研究

摘　　要：观察了铁筷子多糖对体内、体外生长的肿瘤组织的抑制效应 ,并对荷瘤鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率、IL -2活性等免疫指标进行了检测。结果显示 ,铁筷子多糖能有效抑制肿瘤细胞在体内、体外的生长 ,减少癌细胞克隆集落形成 ,体内肿瘤生长速度明显减慢 ,抑瘤率达 53.4 1 % ;用铁筷子多糖治疗的动物免疫机能有所改善 ,这可能是其体内抑瘤作用的机制之一。The inhibitory effect of Helleborus thibetanus Franch.Polysaccharide(HFPS) on the growth of tumor was observed in vivo and in vitro.The spleen lymphocytes transformation rate and IL_2 activity in tumor_implanted mice were examined.The results showed that HFPS could inhibit the growth of tumor effectively in vitro and in vivo (the inhibitory rate of tumor growth was 53.41 % in vivo),and inhibit the formation of tumor cell colony group.It is indicated that improving the immunity function is probably one of the tumor_inhibting mechanism of HFPS.
