渴痹康对糖尿病大鼠神经及血浆中一氧化氮的调节作用

摘  要:为探讨糖尿病外周神经和血浆中一氧化氮 (NO)的变化及渴痹康对其的影响。用 2 %STZ溶液诱导糖尿病大鼠后 ,随机分为 2组 ,即渴痹康防治组和糖尿病对照组 ,另有 1组作正常对照。经 2 .5月防治 ,糖尿病对照组大鼠坐骨神经中NO低于正常组和渴痹康组 (分别P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1 ) ;糖尿病对照组大鼠血浆中NO高于正常组和渴痹康组 (分别P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1 ) ;渴痹康组与正常组组间比较均无显著性差异。研究显示中药渴痹康对STZ诱导糖尿病大鼠的NO改变有一定的调节作用。The effect of Kebi Kang(KBK)on the concentration of nitric oxide in sciatic nerve and plasma of diabetic rats was observed.Diabetes rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of 2% streptozotocin,and radomly allocated to two groups:diabetic control group(DCG)and KBK group(KBKG),with another as normal control group (NCG).After a period of 2.5 months of treatment,the concentration of nitric oxide in the sciatic nerve of DCG was significantly lower than that of NCG and KBKG(P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively).The concentration of nitric oxide in plasma in DCG was significantly higher than that in NCG and KBKG(P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively).The difference of nitric oxide in sciatic nerve and plasma was not significant between NCG and KBKG.It is indicated that KBK can regulate the level of nitric oxide in streptozotocin_induced diabetic rats.
