摘 要:为系统鉴定珙桐与其变种光叶珙桐的差别,从形态学观察的层面,结合ISSR、AFLP2种分子标记技术,综合分析珙桐和光叶珙桐的差别。结果表明,在形态学层面,该种与其变种的叶片存在一定的形态差异,但花、果等器官未见不同;以52个珙桐个体和60个光叶珙桐个体为材料,10条ISSR引物、7组EcoRI/MseI引物的AFLP检测未筛选到两者的差异标记,UPGMA聚类分析亦不能将其彼此分离;本研究显示珙桐与光叶珙桐的差别仅在其叶片的形态特征方面,分子层面是否存在差异还有待进一步研究确定。The research focused on the systematical investigation of the differences between D. involucrata and D. involucrata var. vilmomiana. Based on the observations of their morphological features, 2 molecular markers, ISSR, AFLP were used in the research. The result showed there were some differences in their leaves while no differences were found in their flowers or fruits. By using 10 ISSR primers and 7 EcoRI/MseI primer pairs of AFLP, no marker was found between D. involuerata and D. involucrata var. vilmoHniana. From the cluster analysis, individuals of 52 D. involucrata samples and 60 D. involuerata var. vilmoHniana samples did not gather together respectively either. There seemed only some differences on their leaves. The further work should be done to find whether there are some differences between the species and their variety in molecular level.
