摘 要:为探明一氧化氮(NO)对东南景天镉超积累的效应,设置3个镉浓度(Cd0、Cd10、Cd100)和5个外源NO(SNP)水平,在营养液培养条件下研究了不同外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)水平对超积累东南景天生长和镉累积的影响。结果表明:随着外源NO浓度的增加,东南景天根的生物量在Cd0、Cd100水平时增加1.4%~36.73%,Cd10水平时则降低(SNP0.05水平除外),Cd100水平下茎、叶生物量、生物总量分别增加8.4%~14.5%、16.9%~22.0%和12.6%~18.7%(SNP0.1水平除外)。东南景天不同部位的镉含量及累积量和整株镉累积量随着外源NO浓度增加而显著增加。外源NO提高Cd10水平下超积累东南景天Cd的吸收速率2.9%~79.8%,提高2个镉水平下超积累东南景天Cd的转运速率分别为0.5%~81.9%和16.4%~32.0%。外源NO可促进东南景天生长和Cd的吸收累积,其效应与NO浓度和Cd水平有关。The aim was to study the effects of nitric oxide (NO) sodium nitropprusside (SNP, an exogenous nitric oxide donor) on growth and Cd accumulation in Sedum alfmdii Hance under Cd stress. 3 concentrations of Cd (Cd0, Cd10, Cd100) and 5 levels of exogenous NO (SNP) were carried out. The results showed that exogenous NO significantly affected the biomass (dry) of Sedum alfredli Hance. With the increment of SNP concentration, biomass of root in Sedum alfredii Hance were increased by 1.4%-36.73% under Cd0 and Cd100 treatments, but decreased under Cd100 treatments (except SNP0.05 treatment). Under Cd100 level, biomass of stem, leaf and total plant were increased by 8.4%-14.5%, 6.9%-22.0% and 12.6%-18.7% (except SNP0.1 treatments), respectively. With increscent of SNP level, Cd contents and amounts of Cd accumulated in different part and total plant of Sedum alfredii Hance were significantly increased under Cd stress. With the increase of Cd level, Cd contents and amounts of Cd accumulated also significantly increased at same SNP level. With the increment of SNP concentration, Cd uptake efficiency of Sedum alfredii Hance were increased by 2.9%-79.8% under Cd10 treatments, and Cd translocation efficiency were increased by 0.5%-81.9% and 16.4%-32.0% under 2 Cd levels, respectively. NO could increase the growth and cadmium accumulation of Sedum alfmdii Hance and the effect was related to the concentration of NO and Cd levels.
