泰安市外来婚嫁女HIV亚型分析

摘　　要：目的分析泰安市外来婚嫁女感染的HIV-1型病毒亚型。方法采用套式PCR扩增泰安市HIV-1确认阳性样本前病毒DNA的gag和env基因,用BioEdit和MEGA 4.1软件进行分析。结果测序得到5份gag和env基因序列,这5例泰安市外来婚嫁女样本分属于HIV-1型M组的三个亚型,其中3例CRF01-AE重组亚型,1例CRF07-BC重组亚型和1例CRF08-BC重组亚型。结论泰安市外来婚嫁女HIV-1亚型以CRF01-AE为主。Objective：To analyze subtypes of HIV - 1 from non - native married femal in Taian city. Method： Se- quences of gag and env of provirus DNA were amplified by nested - PCR. 5 gag and env gene sequences thus obtained were analyzed by BioEdit and MEGA 4.1 soft wares. Results： The subtypes has been successfully obtained from 5 samples that were consitituted of 3 subtypes： CRF01 - AE （3 samples）, CRF07 - BC （ 1 sample ） CRF08 - BC （ 1 sample）. Conclusion： CRF01 - AE is the main subtype of HIV - 1 from non - native married femal in Taian city.
