病毒性心肌炎患儿外周血hsCRP含量变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测病毒性心肌炎患儿治疗前后外周血hsCRP含量的变化,探讨hsCRP在病毒性心肌炎中的临床意义。方法选择30例临床确诊为病毒性心肌炎的患儿作为观察组,30例健康查体儿童作为对照组,检测外周血hsCRP的含量,其中观察组患儿治疗2周后再次检测。并将两组hsCRP含量变化与患儿心肌酶、心电图、心脏超声进行对比分析。结果①观察组患儿治疗前外周血中hsCRP含量(12.42±3.40)mg/L,明显高于对照组(1.80±1.07)mg/L(P﹤0.05)。②病毒性心肌炎患儿外周血中hsCRP升高者,心肌酶升高、心电图异常、心腔扩大及室壁运动减弱的发生率明显高于hsCRP正常者(P均﹤0.05)。结论病毒性心肌炎患儿外周血中hsCRP的含量升高,治疗后下降,且与患儿心肌酶升高、心电图异常、心腔扩大及室壁运动减弱的发生率呈正相关,表明hsCRP水平与随病毒性心肌炎患儿的病情和病程有关联,可作为临床诊断参考指标。Objective：This study is designed to detect content changes of sera hsCRP in children with viral myoearditis before and after treatment, and explore the clinical significance of hsCRP in viral myoearditis. Methods： Select 30 cases of clinically diagnosed children with viral myocarditis as the ease group, 30 cases of healthy children as the control group. Detect peripheral sera contents of hsCRP in the two groups. Two weeks after clinical treatment, the peripheral sera contents of hsCRP in case group are detected once more, then the content changes of which are analyzed with the results of cardiac en- zymes, electrocardiogram and heart anatomy. Results ： ① Before treatment, the serum hsCRP content（ 12.42 ± 3.40） mg/L in case group is significantly higher than that（ 1.80 ± 1.07 ） mg/L in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; ② The serum hsCRP contents increase in some children, and the incidence rate of cardiac enzymes increash, electrocardiogram is abnormal, heart chamber expands and heart chamber motion weakens is obviously higher than those whose hsCRP are normal （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：The serum hsCRP contents increase in some children, decrease after treatment, and it is closely related to the increase of cardiac enzymes, the abnormalty of electrocardiogram, the expansion of heart chamber and weakening of heart chamber motion, which indicates that hsCRP changes in accordance with the condition and course changes of viral mvoearditis in the children, and hsCRP can be used as an auxiliary index for the clinical diagnosis.
