摘  要:目的:寻找鱼腥草与其易淆品百部还魂的鉴别特征,建立有效的鉴别方法。方法:LMVP(叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法),QAERM(定量分析评价鉴别中药品种真伪方法的可靠性的方法)。结果:两者脉序类型均为"不达缘柄生环结-顶聚脉序"。主要区别:鱼腥草叶表面有灰白色气孔小凸起,托叶-叶柄鞘的舌状凸起明显,一级脉7或5条,近中脉的一级脉的靠拢点在湾缺上方或上端,靠拢段平直,鲜叶具明显的鱼腥气;百部还魂叶表面不具灰白色气孔小凸起,托叶-叶柄鞘的舌状凸起不明显,一级脉5条,近中脉的一级脉的靠拢点在湾缺内,靠拢段弯曲,鲜叶无鱼腥气。同时以上述区别点为指标,鉴别结果的正确性(Ac)=100%;重复性为符合率(ARO)=100%,一致性强度(Kappa)=1.00。结论:建立的"叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法"可准确鉴别鱼腥草及易淆品百部还魂。操作简便、快速、价廉、可靠性强。Objective: To study the identification characters of Houttuynia cordata and its confused herb Ccymnotheca chirtensis and establish an identification method. Methods: LMVP (leaf morphological-venation pattern for identification Chinese herbs), and QAERM (quantitatively analyze and evaluate reliability for the method of identification Chinese herbs) were applied for the study. Re- sults: Both venations were brochidodromous-acmdromous and arising from the mid-petiole or the upper section of petiole. The main characteristic of the leaf of Houttuynia cordata : surface with small gray-white stoma protuberances ; Ligulate process of stipule-petiole sheath were clear; Primary veins 7 or 5 ; The innermost pair of primary vein closed up the top of the sinus at blade base or above sinus, and the section of closed vein was straight; Emitted a smell of fish when fresh leaf was kneaded into pieces. The main feature of the leaf of Gymnotheca chinensis: no small gray-white stoma protuberances; Ligulate process of stipule-petiole sheath were not clear; Primary veins 5 ; The innermost pair of primar^y vein closed into the sinus at blade base, and the section of closed vein was slightly curve; No smell of fish. With the mentioned key differences, the both plants could be successfully identified from each other. The accuracy of i- dentification results (AC) was 100%, the repeatability of identification results: agreement rate for observation (ARO) was 100% and Kappa value was 1.00. Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid, economic and reliable.
