摘　　要：档案是具有一定保密性的文件,因此档案工作也就具有一定的保密性.电子信息时代的到来,改变了档案的存在方式,新出现的电子档案对计算机信息系统存在依赖性,且具有流动性和易改性,这使得传统纸质档案的保密管理措施不再适用于电子档案的保密管理.结合我国相关电子信息法规,探讨其对电子档案安全保密工作的影响,并提出应建立法规、完善标准及建立健全管理制度,同时借助技术手段做好电子档案的保密工作.Archives have the characteristic of certain confidentiality, so the archival work also has a certain degree of confidentiality. The arrival of electronic information era has changed the way of existence of the archives. The dependence, the fluidity and the easy modification of the electronic archives make the measures which were fit for the traditional paper archives cannot fully applicable to the security management of the electronic archives. According to our country＇s electronic information laws, the article has discussed the security work of the electronic archives and put forward some proposals , such as the establishment of rules and regulations, the improvement of standards and management system and at the same time do the confidentiality of the electronic files with the technical means.
