抚顺师专新生健美操兴趣及基础的调查分析

摘　　要：通过调查抚顺师专新生的健美操兴趣、基础等方面情况,发现抚顺师专大一新生对健美操运动兴趣浓、动机多样,这是促进健美操学习的有利因素,但新生健美操基础薄弱,绝大多数新生对健美操的了解和认识都还很不足,对此给出相关建议,以提高新生学习健美操的兴趣及运动水平.Through the investigation of aerobics interest and foundation of the freshmen in fushun teachers college, we found that these freshmen have strong interest in aerobics with diverse motivation, which is a favorable factor to promote the learning of aerobics. But the aerobics foundation of the freshmen is very weak; what＇s more, most of them are still lack of the understanding and knowledge of aerobics. According to this phenomenon, this paper points out related suggestions to improve freshmen＇s learning interest of aerobics and sports level.
