摘  要:目前世界发达国家都在开发变频调速永磁同步电机的牵引传动系统用于轨道交通,也是未来高速动车组技术攻关的主要方向。以地铁用永磁同步变频调速电机为例,根据永磁牵引同步电机设计技术要求和设计原则,确定了电机基本性能参数和主要结构参数,利用有限元软件计算了电机空载和负载工况,分析了电机的空载和负载特性。考虑到永磁电机转子磁路结构的特点,研究了不同转子磁极结构对电机参数和性能的影响,为电机的优化设计提供参考。At present, the frequency conversion speed permanent magnet synchronous motor t;action drive system is developed in rail transportation, which is also one of the critical technologies in high speed EMU. Taking the frequency conversion speed permanent magnet synchronous motor used in subway for example, according to the design technical requirements and the design principles of permanent magnet traction synchronous motor, the basic performance parameters and the main structural parameters are determined. The working stations of motor operating with non-load, rated load, and three phase short- circuit are analyzed by using finite element method, and motor performance under different operating conditions are also studied. Considering the characteristics of magnetic circuit structure of rotor, the effects of rotor pole structure on motor parameters and performance are investigated in this paper.
