摘　　要：新生代农民工党员队伍呈现"三高三低"特点,存在组织发展基本停滞、缺乏教育和管理、权利义务虚置等主要问题,原因主要是城乡二元体制和户籍制度障碍、基层党建条块分割、党员管理方式僵化落后等。加强新生代农民工党员队伍建设,必须提高新生代农民工党员队伍建设战略地位,加大吸收优秀新生代农民工入党工作力度,不断探索和创新教育管理方式。The party members in new Generation of migrant workers have the characteristics of ＂three high and low＂, it also has the problems such as basically stagnant in organizational development, lack of education and management, as well as the virtual set of rights and obligations. All these problems mainly stems from the urban-rural dual system and the barriers to Household registration system. In addition, the grassroots party building is lack of systematic and the rigid and backward situation in the management style of party members have also make the problems worse. To further strengthen the party building of new generation of migrant workers, we have to improve the strategic position of it, and increase the efforts to the absorption of the excellent members from new generation of migrant workers. Moreover, we should continuously explore and innovative the education and management methods.
