摘　　要：员工行为管理在金融机构运营和管理中占有重要的地位,研究金融员工行为对规范金融工作、保障金融安全意义重大。以CNKI数据库为原始文献来源,对金融员工行为研究的相关文献分别从发表年份、刊登期刊、作者合作度、基金资助、研究主题、研究方法进行计量分析,为今后的理论研究和实际应用奠定基础和提供参考。Employees behavior management occupies a crucial position in the financial institutions management. Financial staff behavior is of great significance to standardize financial work and protect the financial security. This paper made a statistical analysis to the relevant literature of financial staff＇s behavior research sourced from the CNKI database, in the co-degree, year, journal, funding,research topic, research methods. It provides a basis and reference for the future research and applications.
