摘 要:对江苏泰兴某猪场疑似猪传染性胸膜肺炎病料进行实验室分离培养,成功分离到1株猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌,并对其进行生化特性、双抗夹心ELISA鉴定。为进一步分析该分离株的血清型,针对ApxIVA和ApfA保守基因设计2对检测引物,PCR结果表明:该分离株未扩增出预期大小的片段,说明该分离株很有可能是1株猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌变异株,其血清型还有待进一步鉴定。In this study, an Actinobacillus pleuropneurnoniae strain was isolated from the sick pig in Taixing and its biochemical characteristics were studied. Monoclonal antiboday-based sandwich ELISA was used to detect the isolate. In order to study the serotype of the isolate, two pairs of primers against ApxIVA and ApfA genes were designed and used for PCR detection. The PCR results demonstrated that the target bands of the strain did not appeared, which suggested that the isolate might be an Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae variant strain and its serotype remains to be further con- firmed.
